A secluded place in Seoul Mapo Saebit Culture Forest on the Seoul promenade in full bloom with cherry blossoms!

Is there any place where I can see cherry blossoms in a place that is not crowded? I was looking here and there, and I found the Mapo Saebit Culture Forest, which I was personally unfamiliar with, and found this place. give.

There are cherry blossom endings where cherry blossom petals fall all over Seoul, but when I visited, the cherry blossoms were abundant and it was even more worth seeing. Some people took pictures of their lives under the trees!

Parking space was not difficult to park as there is a public parking lot on the shoulder of the back road, but if you hit Mapo Saebit Culture Forest with your navigation system, you will be directed to the wrong place. You can find it by hitting the Seoul Power Generation Headquarters.

Cherry blossoms in full bloom, which are always pretty, are very popular these days, but right now, the cherry blossom ending is in full swing, so I think we should leave while looking at the rain of flowers.

Mapo Saebit Culture Forest, in a quiet place in Seoul, was the first park in Korea to replace a coal power plant with a liquefied natural gas combined cycle power plant and make it underground and create a cultural complex on it.

There were families who came to take a walk in a quiet park or to have fun with their children at the playground, as well as those who came for a quiet and intimate date.

A wide lawn that many people will soon find! I also imagine a leisurely picnic sitting here. Before the hot summer days come!

After looking at the Mapo Saebit Culture Forest guide, I walked along the Seoul promenade and looked around the park with a light mind.

Behind the benches leaning against the glass railings and the towering chimney of the power plant attracted attention.

On the other side, the Seoul Power Generation Headquarters building of Korea Midland Power is located, and it was a quiet place in Seoul that was quiet enough to be deserted in the spacious lawn plaza.

We promised the next picnic and looked around the park along the promenade.

Seoul promenade heading to the Han River! The Han River connection road is scheduled to be built in October 22, so when that time comes, it will be connected to Mangwon Hangang Park.

I don't know if I should call it an observatory located at the highest point in a quiet place in Seoul or just a resting place, but the bench alone was impressive. It is a pity that there is no shade!

The benches made to sit while facing the river were located slightly lower than the riverside north road, so the view was not good. It feels like the Han River view is blocked by the road..??

Rather than making something in a space lower than the roadside, how about making an observation tower here to provide a better view of the Han River? My heart~!!

As I came back with a regretful heart, I enjoyed the spring flowers in the park.

I always looked for cherry blossoms in Mapo Saebit Culture Forest, and sansuyu flowers were in full bloom. After a lot of time has passed, the more abundant cherry blossoms and cornflowers will welcome you..?? As I walk along the Seoul promenade, I look forward to that day in my heart.

The railroad built on the other side of the park retains the traces of the Dangin-ri Line. It is said that this railroad was decommissioned in March 1980 from Seogang Station on the Yongsan Line to the power plant to transport anthracite coal from the Danginri Power Plant. This sculpture was made so that it could actually be moved, so it was possible to experience it.

There are only a few people in the grass plaza, so it was a quiet place in Seoul, and as it became known to many people, I hope that more people will visit it, and I think it would be good to find it for a picnic soon.

This year, it feels like the cherry blossoms bloom and disappear in an instant, but personally, I think it will be remembered as a good year to be able to enjoy it to the fullest.

What is lacking as a park, I hope that it will be created for the convenience of local residents, and I hope that the Han River connection road will be connected as soon as possible so that it can go to and from the Hangang Park.
