조국 장관 사퇴 결심후 다음 행보는 두달 넘게 조국 법무부 장관과 검찰과의 마찰은 조국 법무부 장관의 14일 사퇴의사로 마무리되는듯했다. 남은 과제는 후임자에게 넘겨준다는 전제하에 조국 장관과 가족의 의혹들은 이렇게 마무리가 되는듯했다. 조장관의 사퇴의사에는 많은 사람들이 관심을 갖고있는데 그중에서도 두가지를 크게 들수 있다. 1. 가족의 상황 2. 정치적 검찰개혁을 위한 최소한의 노력 첫째, 가족의 상황 현재 가족에게 많은 상처를 입히고 더이상 가족들이 견딜수가 없다는 판단하에 무리해서라도 사퇴를 결심한 듯하다. 왜냐하면 현재 가족곁에 있어주지 못한다면 후회한다는 판단하에 정치를 떠나면 가족과 함께 할수있으며, 또한 정치권의 책임보다는 한 가정의 아버지로써의 역활이 더중요하다는 뜻이다. 둘째, 검찰 개혁을 위해 검찰 수사에도 검찰 개혁의 방향성을 11가지로 집약했으며,  조국 장관의 최소 요구치가 달성되었다는 생각에서 사퇴를 결심하게 된 계기가 되었던 것이다. 많은 사람들이 걱정하는 검찰과 법무부간의 관계와 대립은 이로써 마무리짓는듯 하지만, 그뒤에는 많은 과제들이 후임자에게 남아있다고 생각이들며, 우리나라의 한 정치계를 이끄는 사람들이야말로 다음 세대를 위해서 좋은 발판을 마련해야 된다는 생각이 깊다.
